1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

• Account information: such as your name, email address, profile image, and password (if you create an account).
• Support communications: messages you send to us (e.g., customer support requests).
• Affiliate and partnership applications: your name, email address, channel or program name, public channel link, audience description, and application notes.

B. Information generated by your use of the app

• Study and performance data: practice tests taken, answers selected, scores, timing data (e.g., time per question), topic strengths/weaknesses, and progress history.
• AI Tutor and chat data: the messages you submit, recent conversation history, generated responses, and relevant question, study, or progress context used to answer your request.
• Ranked mental-math data: your display name and ranked-round results, including score, accuracy, response time, streak, question count, difficulty, operations practiced, round duration, and completion date.
• Subscription data: your app account identifier, store and product identifiers, purchase and entitlement status, and purchase, renewal, or expiration dates. Apple, Google, or Stripe handles your payment credentials; EnlistiQ does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Preferences: your settings and study goals.
• Affiliate referral data: the referring partner, link-click timestamps, an opaque first-party referral identifier, attributed signup, qualifying web subscription payments, and commission status.
• Member referral data: your personal referral code, anonymous link clicks, attributed new accounts, qualifying Pro payment identifiers, billing platform, transaction value, reward status, complimentary Pro expiration, and banked referral months. Inviting members do not receive the referred friend's name, email address, or payment details.

C. Device and usage information

• Device data: device type, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate location derived from IP. EnlistiQ does not request precise GPS location.
• Log data: diagnostic and crash logs to help keep the app reliable.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as medical information) and we do not need it to provide the service.

2. Google Sign-In and Google User Data

EnlistiQ offers the option to sign in using your Google account. This section specifically describes how we handle data received through Google Sign-In.

A. Google User Data We Access

When you choose to sign in with Google, we request access to the following information from your Google account:

• Google account identifier: Used by our authentication provider to authenticate and link your Google sign-ins to your EnlistiQ account.
• Email address: Used to create and identify your EnlistiQ account.
• Basic profile information: Your name and profile image (if available) to personalize your experience.

We only request the minimum permissions necessary for authentication. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, or any other Google services.

B. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data for:

• Authentication: Verifying your identity and allowing you to sign in to EnlistiQ.
• Account creation: Creating your EnlistiQ account using your email address, name, and profile image.
• Communication: Sending account-related notices, study reminders or reports subject to your notification settings, and EnlistiQ educational or product emails. Non-service emails include an unsubscribe option.

We do not sell Google user data or provide it to third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

C. Storage and Protection of Google User Data

Your Google user data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase. Safeguards used for this data include:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Storage-provider encryption at rest
• Access controls limiting who can view user data

D. Sharing of Google User Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose it to:

• Service providers: Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend and related email infrastructure for message delivery, and payment or subscription providers such as Stripe and RevenueCat when needed to operate your account.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

E. Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

We retain your Google user data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

• Contacting us at support@enlistiqprep.com
• Using the account deletion page or the deletion option in your account settings

A deletion request starts a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request by signing back in. After that period ends, our scheduled deletion process permanently removes your EnlistiQ account data, including Google user data and associated chat and leaderboard records. Completion may occur shortly after the grace period ends. Payment processors, app stores, email-delivery providers, or other service providers may retain transaction, delivery, security, or legal records under their own policies and legal obligations. We may also retain information when required by law and may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.

F. Revoking Access

You can revoke EnlistiQ's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. Revoking access will prevent you from signing in with Google but will not automatically delete your EnlistiQ account or data.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the service (save progress, show results, personalize study plans).
• Improve and maintain EnlistiQ (debugging, performance monitoring, feature development).
• Create aggregated insights (e.g., which topics are most commonly missed), using de-identified, group-level data.
• Communicate with you (account notices, support responses, study reminders or reports subject to your notification settings, and EnlistiQ educational or product emails that include an unsubscribe option).
• Review affiliate applications, attribute referred signups and purchases, calculate commissions, and prevent referral fraud.
• Operate the member referral program, enforce annual reward limits, issue or reverse Pro rewards, and prevent duplicate or self-referrals.

4. AI Tutor and Chat Processing

When you use AI Tutor or AI Chat, EnlistiQ sends the message you enter, recent conversation history, and relevant question, study, or progress context to Anthropic, our AI processing provider, so it can generate a response. This content may include personal information you choose to type, so do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your question. We do not send your password or full payment-card details in AI requests.

EnlistiQ stores chat messages and generated responses with your account so you can reopen conversations. You can clear a conversation in the app, and account deletion removes associated chat history subject to the retention exceptions described below.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

• iPhone and iPad: Apple processes in-app purchases and billing.
• Android: Google Play processes in-app purchases and billing.
• Mobile entitlement management: RevenueCat receives an app-specific account identifier and purchase or receipt data from the applicable store, and returns product, subscription, and entitlement status so EnlistiQ can unlock paid features and restore purchases.
• Web: Stripe processes web subscriptions and billing.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Stripe process information under their own privacy policies. EnlistiQ stores the subscription status needed to provide paid access, but does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

EnlistiQ does not run third-party display advertising networks such as Google AdSense. We use cookies and similar technologies for core product functionality, security, preferences, analytics, measuring our own ads, and first-party affiliate attribution. An affiliate link may set an opaque referral cookie for up to 90 days.

We use Vercel Analytics for product analytics across our website and mobile apps. The EnlistiQ iPhone, iPad, and Android apps also use Firebase Analytics to understand app opens, screens visited, study-task starts and completions, reminder opens, and return patterns. Native analytics uses an app-specific account identifier when you are signed in; it does not receive your email address, question text, selected answers, or AI chat content. The native integration excludes advertising-ID support and denies ad storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data consent.

On the website only, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags, and Meta Pixel when it is configured. Those website marketing tags remain disabled in the EnlistiQ iPhone, iPad, and Android apps; Firebase Analytics is used there only for product and retention measurement.

These website analytics and advertising-measurement services may receive page views, product interactions, sign-up and purchase events, practice-test events (which may include a practice score), device or browser information, IP-derived approximate location, and cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send your password or AI chat text through these analytics events.

Where available, you can use browser, device, or operating-system privacy controls to limit cookies or identifiers. The mobile apps do not load Google or Meta marketing pixels. EnlistiQ does not currently provide a separate opt-out for Vercel product analytics. Blocking essential website cookies may affect sign-in and other core functionality.

7. Ranked Mental-Math Leaderboard

When you choose a ranked mental-math round, your display name, rank, score, average response time, difficulty, question count, and completion date are shown to other signed-in EnlistiQ users when your result appears on the leaderboard. Leaderboard responses may also include an app-specific user identifier, accuracy, and streak data, but not your email address. If you do not set a display name, EnlistiQ uses a shortened account-based label. Custom rounds are not posted to the ranked leaderboard. If you do not want a ranked result shared, use Custom mode. You may change your display name in your profile, and deleting your account removes your leaderboard entry subject to the retention exceptions described below.

8. Analytics and De-Identified Information

As described in Section 6, analytics and advertising-measurement providers may receive event-level data associated with cookies, device identifiers, or other pseudonymous identifiers. Separately, we may create aggregated or de-identified statistics (for example, averages and trends across many users) to understand product and learning outcomes. We may use or disclose those statistics when they no longer reasonably identify an individual.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed:

A. Service providers

We may share information with vendors that help us run the service, including Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Anthropic (AI responses), Vercel and Firebase Analytics (product analytics), other configured analytics or measurement providers, RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), Apple and Google (mobile billing), Stripe (web billing), Resend (email delivery), and customer-support providers. These providers process information to provide their services under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

B. Legal or safety reasons

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe it's necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

C. Business transfers

If EnlistiQ is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice if required by law.

10. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on how EnlistiQ is set up, you may be able to:

• Access or update your account information in the app.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
• Clear an AI chat conversation from the app.
• Use Custom rather than Ranked mental-math mode if you do not want a result posted to the leaderboard.
• Manage a mobile subscription through Apple or Google Play, or a web subscription through Stripe.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link (service/transaction messages may still be sent).
• Limit non-essential cookies or tracking through browser and device controls where available.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to:

• provide the service,
• comply with legal obligations,
• resolve disputes, and
• enforce agreements.

We may retain aggregated and de-identified analytics longer because they do not identify you.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy

EnlistiQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at support@enlistiqprep.com and we will take steps to delete it.

14. International Users

If you use EnlistiQ from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By using the service, you consent to these transfers where permitted by law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy and update the effective date. Your continued use of EnlistiQ after changes means you accept the updated policy.
