1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EnlistiQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

EnlistiQ provides ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) test preparation materials, practice questions, and study tools. Our Service is designed to help users prepare for military entrance exams.

EnlistiQ does not currently display third-party advertising on the Service. If that changes in the future, we may update product behavior and related policy disclosures.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Copy or commercially exploit EnlistiQ-owned content except as permitted by these Terms, an applicable license, or law
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Unless a separate notice states otherwise, EnlistiQ owns or licenses its original questions, explanations, graphics, software, and other original content. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit EnlistiQ-owned content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Material identified as public domain or provided under a third-party or open license remains governed by its applicable notice and license. These Terms do not limit rights granted by those notices, licenses, or applicable law. Military names and links to official resources are used factually for identification and study; EnlistiQ does not claim ownership of government material or official military marks.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

For paid subscriptions:

• Every account automatically begins with one seven-day trial. No payment method is required for the trial, and choosing a paid plan does not restart it.
• Paid subscriptions begin and are billed when you confirm the purchase.
• Web payments are processed securely through Stripe. Native-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@enlistiqprep.com
• Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after notice is provided

8. Refund Policy

Because EnlistiQ provides an automatic seven-day account trial before purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, material service failures, or where required by law. Contact support@enlistiqprep.com if you believe one of these exceptions applies.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store's refund rules.

A purchase made while an earlier written refund offer was displayed will be handled under the terms shown at the time of purchase.

9. Disclaimer of Affiliation

EnlistiQ is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or the official ASVAB program. "ASVAB" and "AFQT" are used here solely to identify the examination and scoring concepts discussed.

Military policies, test formats, scoring methods, branch requirements, and MOS qualifications are subject to change without notice. The information provided on this platform may not reflect the most current official standards. For the latest and most accurate information, always consult official sources such as officialasvab.com and your local recruiter.

10. No Guarantee of Scores or Outcomes

Our practice materials are designed to help you prepare but do not guarantee:

• Any specific ASVAB or AFQT score
• Improvement in your score
• Eligibility for any military branch, job, or MOS
• That our content matches the actual ASVAB in format or difficulty

Score estimates and predictions displayed within the Service are approximations only. Your results depend on individual effort, study time, baseline knowledge, and test-day conditions.

Our questions are original content created for practice purposes — they are not actual ASVAB questions. The actual ASVAB may differ in format, wording, difficulty, or content areas.

11. Limitation of Liability

EnlistiQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failure to achieve desired test scores or denial of military enlistment.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Affiliate Program

Participation in the EnlistiQ affiliate program requires approval. The commission rate, eligible term, payout method, payout timing, and any minimum payout amount stated in your written approval are the terms that apply to your account; figures shown on the public affiliate page are typical starting terms, not a guaranteed offer.

Unless the written approval says otherwise, commission is calculated on qualifying web subscription payments actually received by EnlistiQ, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, disputed payments, fraudulent transactions, and self-referrals. EnlistiQ's first-party attribution and billing records control in the event of a tracking discrepancy.

Affiliate participants agree to:

• Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever the link is shared
• Make no promise of a score, enlistment result, military job, or government endorsement
• Not impersonate EnlistiQ, use cookie stuffing, create misleading redirects, or refer themselves
• Not bid on EnlistiQ brand terms in paid search without written permission
• Use EnlistiQ names, logos, and materials only as approved

We may pause or terminate a link for violations, suspected fraud, legal or platform risk, or program changes. Valid accrued commission remains subject to review under the terms in effect when it was earned.

13. Refer a Friend Program

EnlistiQ members may share the personal referral link shown in their account. A reward requires a new user to follow that link, create an account during the attribution window, and complete their first paid transaction for an approved monthly or yearly Pro subscription. Eligible transactions may be completed on the EnlistiQ website, Apple App Store, or Google Play. Free trials and zero-dollar transactions do not qualify; a trial subscriber may qualify when their first paid transaction completes. A qualifying referral earns one $10 Pro reward, delivered as described below, up to six rewards in any rolling 12-month period.

Rewards are reviewed for 14 days after payment. Refunded, charged-back, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, and self-referred transactions are not eligible and may reverse a reward. Active web subscribers receive the reward as a $10 Stripe billing credit. Free members receive 30 days of complimentary Pro access. Members with an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription bank 30 days until that store subscription ends, including members on yearly plans. A banked reward does not interrupt, replace, or alter an active store subscription.

Referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with creator affiliate commission for the same new user. EnlistiQ may pause or change the program to address abuse, legal requirements, or material business changes. Valid rewards already earned remain subject to the rules in effect when earned.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
